Viva! Poland runs a 60-acre animal sanctuary in Korabiewice, between Warsaw and Łódź, caring for around 300-520 animals including dogs, cats, horses rescued from the meat trade, goats, pigs, and Arctic foxes rescued from fur farms, plus animals rescued from the Ukraine war. Volunteers walk dogs, clean enclosures, and care for the larger farm animals. Free: accommodation (a room with kitchen, washing machine, and bathroom access) is provided at no cost, you only cover your own transport to the site. Minimum commitment is two weeks due to training time. The sanctuary is somewhat isolated; the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive staff will provide.
You'll continue to the organization's website. Volentroop does not charge a booking fee.
