Animal Refuge Kansai – Tokyo Foster & Event Volunteering

Animal Refuge Kansai runs foster and event volunteering across Tokyo, since the branch has no physical shelter. Foster volunteers care for a rescue dog or cat at home (keeping them indoors and bringing them to weekend adoption events), while event volunteers help at adoption and charity events held two to three times a month with setup, customer service, and merchandise sales. ARK covers food, litter, and medical costs for foster animals. Standard hours run 9am to 5pm with advance reservation required.
