At-Risk Youth Education Mentorship

HILA (היל"ה, השכלת יסוד ולימודי השלמה) is an Israeli Ministry of Education program supporting teenagers aged 15–18 who have dropped out of formal schooling. Volunteers act as mentors and community activity coordinators, helping students academically, organising social activities, and building personal relationships to encourage re-engagement with education. The program runs in over 200 locations across Israel.
