Rise Above Foundation operates in Guadalupe, Cebu City, welcoming international volunteers to its Community Centre and Family Care Centre. Volunteers teach, lead activities for children, assist with medical and dental outreach missions, support feeding programmes, and help with construction and repairs. A truly grassroots organisation where your hours are immediately visible. Open to individuals, groups, and families.
