Volunteer on an active summer archaeological excavation at Hippos-Sussita, a Greco-Roman city perched on a volcanic hill 2 km east of the Sea of Galilee. Continuously excavated since 2000 by the University of Haifa. Volunteers join professional archaeologists uncovering temples, churches, and urban structures spanning the Hellenistic to Byzantine periods. The 2026 season is open for applications.
