Hudson River Clean-ups & Conservation Science

Riverkeeper is the watchdog organisation protecting the Hudson River watershed from the Upper Hudson all the way to New York Harbor. Based in Ossining (Westchester County), volunteers join Sweep+ shoreline clean-ups and habitat restoration projects, collect community-science water quality data at Hudson tributaries, and staff outreach tables at events along the river. Projects run throughout the Hudson Valley, easy to join whether you live in NYC or upstate. No experience needed; flexible commitment.
