Kfar Tikva – Intentional Village for Adults with Disabilities

Live and work in Kfar Tikva, one of Israel's most innovative residential communities where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities work alongside volunteers in supported employment. Volunteer shifts run in the candle factory, laundry, Café Tikva, or agricultural workshops in the Jezreel Valley. Volunteers also lead leisure activities and accompany residents on trips. Year-long service placements for young adults (including German youth volunteers); shorter visits also welcome.
