Volunteers shadow local healthcare workers, assist with basic patient care, and contribute to health outreach, a meaningful placement for pre-med students and healthcare professionals seeking clinical experience in a developing-country setting. Fee includes homestay or volunteer house accommodation, daily breakfast and dinner, airport pickup from Guatemala City, in-country orientation, and 24/7 emergency support.
