Work exchange on a self-sufficient off-grid community in the Siskiyou Mountains of far northwestern California, 25 miles from the Pacific Ocean. Volunteers work ~25 hours/week on animal care, planting, and outdoor tasks in exchange for free accommodation and three daily meals. A free permaculture course is included.
