Rainforest Conservation & Wildlife Monitoring

Help protect Madagascar's unique biodiversity on Nosy Komba island. Volunteers conduct animal population monitoring, compile biodiversity data, and assist with conservation research in one of the world's most ecologically unique, and threatened, island environments. Lemurs, chameleons, and endemic bird species are among the wildlife surveyed. Fee includes open-air hut accommodation with basic facilities, three traditional Malagasy meals a day, airport pickup, in-country orientation, and 24/7 emergency support.
