Tortugas de Isla Damas is a small, family-run conservation project near Manuel Antonio National Park on Costa Rica's Pacific coast, protecting nesting Olive Ridley sea turtles through night beach patrols. Volunteers also get four surf lessons a week with a local instructor on the same beach.
