Sea Turtle & Reptile Conservation – La Ventanilla

Protect olive ridley sea turtles, crocodiles, and iguanas at the coastal lagoon of La Ventanilla on Oaxaca's Pacific coast. Volunteers conduct nest patrols, release hatchlings, care for juvenile reptiles, and assist with ecotourism activities that provide the local cooperative with sustainable income. Fee includes shared community house accommodation in La Ventanilla, three meals a day on weekdays, airport pickup and daily transport to your placement, in-country orientation, and 24/7 emergency support. Weekend meals are at your own expense.
