Teaching English – Accra Region, Ghana

Provide English language instruction in under-resourced rural schools near Accra, where English is the official language but teaching capacity is severely limited. Volunteers lead classes, assist local teachers, and teach subjects including English, maths, geography, music, and arts to students of all ages. Fee includes shared volunteer house accommodation, three meals a day, airport pickup, a weekly transport and medical supplies allowance of $69, in-country orientation, and 24/7 emergency support.
