Empower women in Arusha by supporting English literacy, vocational training, and income-generating business skills through local NGO partnerships. The programme tackles gender inequality head-on, providing women with tools for economic independence in a city at the gateway to the Serengeti. Fee includes dorm-style volunteer house or homestay accommodation, three meals a day, airport pickup, in-country orientation, and 24/7 emergency support.
