The Center for Independent Living (המרכז לחיים עצמאיים) is an official Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality community center, managed by people with disabilities, serving residents aged 18 through retirement age. Services include rights-maximization talks, personal-skills workshops, and leisure/social activities; volunteers help run peer counseling, accessibility-promotion initiatives, and mentoring. All activities are accessible and subsidized. Free, local Tel Aviv volunteering, not a travel placement.
